Day 1: Nairobi
On arrival, transfer to the Nairobi Serena Hotel for a good night’s sleep ahead of your safari. Stay: The Stanley Hotel.

Day 2: Tsavo West
Set off this morning, driving south to Tsavo West National Park arriving for Lunch. After lunch you’ll embark on your first game drive extending to Mzima Springs – if you’re lucky you might spot hippo and crocodiles. There’s also the chance to descend to an underground viewing chamber to see colourful fish close-up. At 1800hrs return back to lodge.

Day 3: Amboseli
After breakfast, drive to one of the most popular parks in Kenya – Amboseli National Park, known for its huge elephant herds and dramatic backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive for lunch at lodge. Late afternoon proceed for game drive inside the Park. At 1800hrs you return back to Lodge..

Day 4: Amboseli
Breakfast and proceed for a full day of game viewing drive inside the park. Amboseli National Reserve is one of Kenya's most popular tourist parks. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust", an apt description for the park's parched conditions. The reserve is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Other wildlife commonly spotted in the park includes big cats such as lion and cheetah as well as giraffe, impala, eland, waterbuck, gazelle, and more than 600 species of birds. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulfur springs, savannah, and woodlands. Look for the local Maasai people who live in the area around the park.

Day 5: Aberdares
After breakfast travel back to Nairobi and then out towards the Aberdare Mountain Range, with lunch en route at the Safari Park Hotel. Once you reach Aberdare you’ll check in at the Aberdare Country Club in order to transfer to its unique sister property, The Ark, which will be your viewing perch for the night. In the heart of the Aberdare National Park, The Ark’s design is based on Noah’s Ark. It overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick, attracting a whole host of game both day and night. Four viewing decks with balconies allow up-close wildlife viewing without even leaving your accommodation. There’s also a ground-level photo hide and an on-call viewing service to ensure that you don’t miss a thing. Rooms are known as ‘cabins’ and are set over three ‘decks’.

Samburu Masai Mara SafariDay 6: Samburu
Travel back to the Aberdare Country Club for check-out and continue north to the Samburu National Reserve where you’ll spend the next two nights at the comfortable Sarova Shaba Game Lodge located in a natural oasis in the heart of the Shaba Game Reserve or "Born Free Country" that Joy and George Adamson called home for many years. Experience the African desert at its best – as a lesser known park, Samburu is less crowded, with game drives giving you the opportunity to spot leopard, lion and cheetah. This is the dry north of Kenya and the reserve attracts wildlife not often seen elsewhere. Look out for the gerenuk – a rare gazelle with a long neck that stands on its hind legs to feed.

Day 7: Samburu
Full day in Samburu with early morning and afternoon game drives with big chances to spot the Samburu ‘special five’: the gerenuk, Beisa oryx, reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra and Somali ostrich.

Day 8: Ol Pejeta
Drive south to Ol Pajeta Conservancy arriving at Sweetwaters Serena Camp for lunch followed by an afternoon game drive, then visit the remarkable Chimpanzee and Rhino Sanctuaries. Incorporated within the Ol Pejeta Conservancy – one of only four private game conservancies to have been founded in Kenya – the sanctuary is the only place in Kenya where the endangered chimpanzee can be seen. It also houses the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, where you can see the world’s three remaining northern white rhino. Head back to Sweetwaters Serena Camp for dinner and to experience the charm of under-canvas living.

Day 9: Lake Nakuru
Breakfast and drive to Lake Nakuru with a stop at Thomson’s Falls then proceed to arrive Lake Nakuru for lunch at Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge. Lake Nakuru National Park offers one of the best chances to see herds of rhino as well as migratory birds. Enjoy an afternoon game drive and take in the views from the park’s viewpoints. At 1800hrs return to Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: Maasai Mara
Morning breakfast and proceed to the Maasai Mara arriving for lunch. Late afternoon enjoy your first game drive in the most scenic park in Kenya. Have your camera ready for spectacular wildlife viewing and photographing. You’re likely to spot prides of lion basking in the shade, and may even be able to seek out an elusive solo leopard and other species including cheetah and hyena. At 1800hrs return for dinner and overnight at the Sarova Mara Game Camp – a classic bush camp with traditionally-furnished canvas tents housed under tiled roofs.

Day 11: Maasai Mara
Breakfast and leave with picnic lunches for a full day of game viewing inside the Park. Search for wild game black manned lion for which Mara is famous for, cheetah, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, leopard, grants gazelle are quite common, even the rare rhino might come out of the thicket for you, hyenas are plentiful, Extend your drive to the hippo point where schools of hippo submerge on the approach of vehicles only to surface seconds later to shot and gamble their displeasure as the crocodiles sunbathe on the river banks mouths agape. Between meals there is optional visit to the Masai villages for an insight to their culture if clients so wish. Meals and overnight at Sarova Mara Game Camp.

Day 12: Maasai Mara to Nairobi
Breakfast and return to Nairobi.
