Morning departure from Nairobi, head south-east straight for Tsavo West National Park arriving for lunch at Voyager Ziwani Tented Camp Situated on a private sanctuary at the western edge of Tsavo, the camp sits on a secluded dam on the Sante River, which is home to crocodile and hippo.

Enjoy views of Kilimanjaro and a tranquil atmosphere, and stay in one of the 25 classic safari tents. Each canvas tent has a protective thatched roof, en-suite bathroom and deck overlooking the river. The landscape of Tsavo West is spectacularly varied, with semi-arid plains, open grasslands, dense woodlands, rocky outcrops and lava flows. The soil is rich and red in colour and this creates the illusion of magnificent red elephants – which are actually covered in dust from the soil. The park is also home to wildlife including rhino, buffalo, leopard, lion, waterbuck, lesser kudu, giraffe and gerenuk.  Tonight there’ll be a welcome dinner for you and your group. Transit Time: 6hrs.
Accommodation: Voyager Ziwani Tented Camp.

Day 2: Tsavo West
Breakfast and leave with packed lunch boxes, Spend the entire day in Tsavo West with game drives.  Tsavo West is a beautiful, rugged wilderness. The savannah ecosystem comprises of open grasslands, scrublands, and Acacia woodlands, belts of riverine vegetation and rocky ridges including the Poacher's Lookout where visitors can see the teeming herds in the plains below. Tsavo West offers some of the most magnificent game viewing in the world and attractions include elephant, rhino, Hippos, lions, cheetah, leopards, Buffalos, diverse plant and bird species including the threatened corncrake and near threatened Basra Reed Warbler. Visit Mzima Springs located in the northern side of the park. Mzima Springs is a set of crystal-clear ponds, fed by the snowmelt of Mount Kilimanjaro, in which many hippos can be viewed from a submerged chamber.
Accommodation: Voyager Ziwani Tented Camp.
Meal Plan: B, L, D.

Day 3: Amboseli
After morning breakfast you leave for Amboseli National Park at the foot of snowcapped Mount Kilimanjaro. Located in the Rift Valley province of southern Kenya, close to the Tanzanian border, Amboseli has some of the most dramatic views of ‘Kili’ – more so even than in Tanzania. Sunrise and sunset are spectacular in many national parks, but here, over Mount Kilimanjaro, are some of the best. The park has a large concentration of wildlife, particularly in the dry season. There are over 1000 elephants, including some of the largest in Africa. As well as the huge herds, catch sight of buffalo and lions in the open savannah, rolling hills and swamplands. Other wildlife inhabiting the grasslands includes cheetah, rhino, waterbuck, zebra and warthog amongst others. Though largely dry and dusty, Amboseli is also home to swamplands, fed by underwater springs from the meltwaters of Mount Kilimanjaro. These lush green swamplands attract wallowing elephants and hippo, as well as buffalo and birdlife. More than 400 species of bird can be found, including the rare Taita falcon and the southern banded harrier eagle. Arrive for Lunch at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge Set against the magnificent backdrop of Africa's highest mountain, the glittering Mount Kilimanjaro, the luxury Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge enjoys a uniquely privileged position at the heart of this world-famous national park. Secluded within a grove of acacia trees, the safari lodge looks out over the golden savannah plains, with uninterrupted views of the mountain itself. Late afternoon enjoy game drive in Amboseli, spotting some of its many elephants and perhaps catching sight of buffalo, lions and hippo in the open savannah and swamplands.

Day 4: Amboseli
Breakfast and proceed for a full day of game viewing drive inside the park. Amboseli National Reserve is one of Kenya's most popular tourist parks. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust", an apt description for the park's parched conditions. The reserve is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Other wildlife commonly spotted in the park includes big cats such as lion and cheetah as well as giraffe, impala, eland, waterbuck, gazelle, and more than 600 species of birds. Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulfur springs, savannah, and woodlands. Look for the local Maasai people who live in the area around the park. Late afternoon  return to Lodge, with plenty of time to also enjoy the facilities at the lodge.
